1. What we do

Mention Us (mentionus.app) is a free board where companies post Quote Tweet offers to promote a launch on X. We list the offer publicly so creators can find it and contact the advertiser directly. By posting an offer or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. How offers work

Posting an offer is free, and we take no commission on any deal you make with a creator. Mention Us is a listing service only — we display offers and connect the two sides; we do not process payments between advertisers and creators.

We do not employ creators, vet them, negotiate on your behalf, or guarantee that anyone will respond to your offer. Any agreement, payment, or promotion arranged with a creator is strictly between you and that creator.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your company and launch, to honor any deal you make with a creator, and not to post misleading, unlawful, or abusive content. You must hold the rights to any brand names, logos, or material in your offer.

We may edit, unpublish, or refuse any offer, and may suspend accounts that misuse the site, at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

The Mention Us name, site design, and original content belong to us. Content you submit in an offer remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and promote it while the listing is live.

5. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or failed promotions resulting from your use of the site or any dealings with creators found through it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
